HSBC Continental Europe, Czech Republic (“Bank”) does not accept Whistleblowing notifications from a person who does not work or provide similar activities for the Bank pursuant to Act no. 171/2023 Coll. On Protection of the Whistleblowers unless specified by this Act differently.
